One-on-one Coaching Session

I take the time to understand you—your health history, current lifestyle, eating patterns, stress levels, sleep, and overall wellbeing. We’ll talk through your personal goals and where you’d like to be, so we can create a clear and realistic roadmap. You’ll also receive a body composition assessment (body fat, muscle mass, and more) to give us a baseline for tracking your progress. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a customized action plan you can start right away. As we work together, I’ll provide structured programs, tools, and support to help you stay consistent and accountable. My ultimate goal is to guide you toward lasting lifestyle shifts that improve your energy, confidence, and long-term health.

Six-Session 1-on-1 Coaching Program

This is where the real shifts happen. Over six sessions, we’ll work on sustainable lifestyle changes to improve your energy, sleep, digestion, weight, and overall wellness. We’ll set specific goals, review your diet and habits, and create a personalized plan.

Topics we address include: low energy, sleep issues, acid reflux, weight concerns, prediabetes, cholesterol, and high blood pressure. You’ll get a customized meal plan, WhatsApp access from 9am–6pm, and ongoing accountability.
