1. Order the test here
2. Send the test to an address in the USA (or a freight forwarder like Mail Pak or Just Landed).
3. If in the USA, your kit will include a prepaid return envelope. If in Jamaica, you’ll send it back via FedEx (instructions below).
4. Perform the test following the included instructions. Contact me via call or WhatsApp at 876-457-7557 if you need assistance.
5. Send off your specimen.
6. Await results by email.
7. Once results arrive, book a coaching session to review your results and set an action plan.
