In order for the food intolerance test to be accurate you have to be consuming the foods in order for the antibodies to show up.

Send the test to an address in the United States which can include a freight forwarder such as Mail Pak or Just Landed.
If you live in the United States when the test comes it will have a postage paid return envelope. If you live in Jamaica you will have to send the test back by FedEx (detailed instructions below)
Perform the test as outlined on the instructions that came with the test (call or WhatsApp Natalie at 876-457-7557 if you need any help)
Send off the specimen.
Await your results by email.

Here are the instructions to FedEx the specimen if you are in Jamaica.

(FedEx Cost should be around J$6,700 unless they raise the price).

Cut off time for sending same day is 11:30 AM.

You will need to complete:

a FedEx international way bill
a FedEx commercial invoice

These are available for pick up at Natalie’s office or directly from FedEx.

How to complete the international way bill:

Complete section 1 with your name, phone number, address and e-mail address. Use your Jamaican number and address.
Complete Section 2 as follows:
